At Reid Print Technologies, we serve a client base of product designers and equipment manufacturers. Our head office operations are based in Redcliffe, Brisbane, and ship our printed electronics, graphic overlays, and membrane switches all across the globe. So, how have we built a reputation as one of the most reliable manufacturers in our industry for Quality control?

We invite all of our customers to tour our facility if ever they are nearby. We’re proud of the operation we have set up and we love to demonstrate how our state of the art equipment produces such high-quality product. Our secret, though, isn’t in the machinery, but in our people. If you tour Reid Print Technologies, you’ll see people inspecting every item we produce before its shipped out. That’s right—every item is inspected systematically throughout the process by a human being before reaching our clients.

In addition to our local services, we choose only the best offshore partners to compliment our products, delivering the highest quality interface products on the market. It takes the right materials to make good products! That’s why we pay specific attention to the raw resources that we use.

We have shown our commitment to quality by mandating that all aspects of our production and office facility conform to Quality Assurance System ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

QUALITY CONTROLLED PRODUCTION STAGES

Thanks to our highly advanced computerised process, we manage all production stages in a structured manner. Our factory is one of the most automated in Australia, which allows us to consistently deliver all your precision projects flawlessly. We work in a controlled environment where we rigorously carry out all required tests before delivery.

Over the past 30 years we have developed our own enterprise resource planning software, incorporating a robust certified quality system with production stages and documents controlled in a structured manner including full traceability of inputs and real time reporting. We are proud to have been recognised in 2020 for achieving a 25 year milestone for continual compliance to ISO 9001.

Ref: Inquiries on – Conflict Metals or Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer

Protection Act in 2010: Section 1502 – Conflict Minerals.

Reid Print Technologies undertakes due diligence to attempt to determine if ‘conflict minerals’ are used in our products. Conflict minerals are described as Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W) and Tin (Sn) that are sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries from mines controlled by non-governmental military groups.
As part of the Reid Print Technologies process for the implementation of new suppliers, our sustainability questionnaires requests direct confirmation that materials we purchase do not contain conflict minerals and a self-declaration is also required that the full supply chain process of the suppliers has been examined to confirm this.
In addition, we have also reviewed our existing supply base, and in particular suppliers of materials that contain the above named minerals. We can confirm that there is no indication that any products manufactured by the Reid Print Technologies contain conflict minerals.
